Data Protection Declaration

"Personal Data" is all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.

1. Processing of Personal Data

When processing Personal Data, we protect the personal rights of the affected persons. We will always process Personal Data lawfully, fairly, in good faith and in a manner that is understandable for the persons concerned. The processing of Personal Data may only pursue those purposes that were specified before the data was collected. Subsequent changes to the purposes are only possible to a limited extent and require justification. Personal Data must be stored correctly, completely and up to date. We take appropriate measures to ensure that inapplicable, incomplete or outdated data is deleted, corrected, supplemented or updated.We collect Personal Data from the affected persons ourselves and use them in the course of our business. We only collect Personal Data to the extent that is necessary for the intended purpose. We will delete Personal Data that is no longer required after the statutory or business process related retention periods have expired. If, in individual cases, there are indications of legitimate interests or historical significance of this data, we must continue to store the data until the legitimate interests of protection has been legally clarified. Data secrecy applies to Personal Data. They will be treated confidentially. As far as possible, we take appropriate organizational and technical measures against unauthorized access, unlawful processing or disclosure, as well as accidental loss, change or destruction.

2. Lawfulness of the data processing

The collection, processing and use of Personal Data is only lawful if one of the following conditions applies. If the purpose changes compared to the original provision, proof of a new legal basis must be provided.

Contractual Relationship: Personal Data of interested parties, customers or business partners may be processed to justify, execute and terminate a contract. This also includes support for the contractual partners, provided this is related to the purpose of the contract. Interested parties may be contacted during contract initiation using the data they have provided. Any restrictions expressed by the interested party must be observed.

Advertising purposes: If the person concerned contacts our company with an information request, for example after sending information material about a product or service, data processing is permitted to fulfill this request. For further advertising purposes, the voluntary, clear and understandable consent of the person concerned must be obtained. This can be revoked at any time. In the event of a revocation by the person concerned, further use of their data for these purposes is not permitted and they must be deleted or restricted for these purposes.

Legitimate interest: The processing of Personal Data can also take place if this is necessary for the realization of a legitimate interest of our company. Legitimate interests are usually legal interests, such as the enforcement of outstanding claims, or economic interests, such as avoiding contractual disruptions. Processing of Personal Data on the basis of a legitimate interest may not take place if there is an indication in individual cases that the data subject's legitimate interest of protection outweighs the interest in processing. The legitimate interest of protection must be checked for each processing. A data transfer of Personal Data to recipients outside our company takes place in compliance with the relevant data protection laws. The recipient of the data is obliged to only use it for the specified purposes.

3. Rights of the affected person

Every data subject can exercise the following rights.

a) Information about what type of Personal Data and its origin is stored and for what purpose.

b) If Personal Data is transmitted to third parties, information must also be provided about the identity of the recipient or the categories of recipients.

c) Should Personal Data be incorrect or incomplete, the data subject can request that it be corrected or supplemented.

d) The data subject can object to the processing of their Personal Data. In particular in connection with direct advertising, the data subject has the right to object to this processing at any time.

e) The data subject is entitled to request the deletion of their data if the legal basis for processing the data is missing or has ceased to exist. The same applies in the event that the purpose of data processing has lapsed due to the passage of time or for other reasons. Existing retention obligations and legitimate interests of protection that conflict with deletion, such as asserting, exercising or defending legal claims of the person responsible or third parties, must be observed.

f) The person concerned has a fundamental right to object to the processing of their data if their legitimate interest due to a particular personal situation outweighs the interest in the processing. This does not apply if a legal regulation obliges the processing to be carried out.

g) According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your Personal Data is not lawful.

4. Data Processing Website

Unless no other information is given, the provision of your Personal Data is neither required by law nor by contract nor required to conclude a contract. You are not required to provide the data. A non-provisioning has no consequences. This applies only insofar as no other information is given in the subsequent processing operations. When using the contact form, we collect your Personal Data (name, e-mail address, message text) only in the scope provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of establishing contact. By submitting your message, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing on the basis of the consent to revocation. We only use your e-mail address to answer your request. Your data will then be deleted, unless you have consented to the further processing and use.

5. Server log files

You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. Every time you access our website, usage data is transmitted through your Internet browser and stored in log data (server log files). This stored data includes e.g. the name of the called page, date and time of the call, amount of the transferred data and the requesting provider. These data are only used to ensure trouble-free operation of our website and to improve our offer. An assignment of this data to a specific person is not possible.

6. Using Google Maps

We use Google Inc.'s Embed Google Maps feature on our website (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The feature allows the visual display of geographic information and interactive maps. In doing so, Google also collects processes and uses data from the visitors to the pages in which GoogleMaps maps are integrated. There you can also change your settings in the privacy center so that you can manage and protect your data processed by Google. If necessary, your data will also be transmitted to the USA. For the data transfers to the US there is an adequacy decision by the European Commission. 7. Use of Matomo (Piwik)

This website collects and stores data for marketing and optimization purposes using the Matomo software (https://matomo.org/). From this data, usage profiles can be created under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used. Cookies are small text files stored locally in the cache of the site visitor's Internet browser. Cookies enable recognition of the Internet browser. The data collected with the Matomo technologies will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym without the specific consent of the person concerned. The data collection and storage can be contradicted at any time with effect for the future.
